JUDGE GEORGE W. GREER RULED:

"ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that absent a stay from the appellate courts, the guardian, MICHAEL SCHIAVO, shall cause the removal of nutrition and hydration from the ward, THERESA SCHIAVO, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2005."

This court order doesn’t just require that the feeding tube be removed — it orders that Terri Schiavo be deprived of all food and water, which infuriated most people who caught the distinction

The distinction between natural and "ARTIFICIAL," for which case law is based on in CRUZAN, QUINLANWENDLANDBrophy v. New England Sinai Hospital, et., is blatantly omitted.

Judge George W. Greer violated Theresa Schindler-Schiavo's statutory retained right to be treated humanely - culpably disallowing hydration, including ice chips (a standard of care) and food to be administered naturally, as allowed to any other (dying) patient - fss§ 744.3215(1)(d)

**It is interesting to note that HOSPICE Board Member Guy Hancock, is a Veterinarian, and could be prosecuted for inhumanely withholding water from an animal in his care.

Please note this Ruling by Judge George W. Greer is a sentence of death by a judge (Judicial Homicide), rather than a "family decision."  Theresa Schindler-Schiavo had never been thoroughly diagnosed, as stated in an interview of Michael Schiavo's medical witness, Dr. Ronald Cranford. click here for video.

It was the cruelty of this sentence of death by starvation of an American Citizen, who could feel pain (click here), that divided the country, caused Federal Intervention, and worldwide comment.
